Job Description:
  • Contact home owners in our service area
  • Handle incoming real estate phone and web inquiries
  • Identify potential sellers and buyers
  • Nurture contacts towards listing and buyer consultation appointments
  • Maintain database of quality contact leads
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate license
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, positive personality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to learn
Remuneration:
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Performance Bonuses

BUYER SALES REPRESENTATIVES
 
Job Description:
  • Research and preview available local housing inventory
  • Meet with potential purchasers and conduct needs analysis
  • Schedule and conduct showing appointments
  • Negotiate solid deals for buyers
  • Attend home inspections and satisfy offer conditions
  • Host open houses and identify new buyer clients
  • Locate and nurture contacts towards buyer consultation appointments
